Rampagram, is the balancer, he comes to balancing the angled forest.

Striking with his balancing ball, he release it from his hand palm, he can only release 2 ball at the time, and it's the maximum number.
His green lightning eyes, meaning he is not a ordinary human.

If casted on ally, it'll heal 50 % of current HP. If casted on enemy, it'll reduce 50% of current HP Manacost: 200 Mana Cooldown: 60 / 50 / 40 / 30 Second Casting Range: 100 Range ( Melee ) |
Balancing Life
Type: Active Selection: Target Targetion: Ally Enemy Description: Placing your hand into the unit body, wicth taking the unit life to you and vice versa Active: Has 0.5 casting time, you get the target 50 % current HP. And the target get 50 % of your current HP too. Manacost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 10 Second Casting Range: 100 Range ( Melee ) |
Retrail Balance
Type: Active Selection: Target Targetion: Ground Description: Place the both balancer orbs to balancing the space Active: Place both balancer orbs on the ground, it'll sucking enemy on the area of maked. No matter how big, the speed is still 500 speed. The first orbs is last 5 / 7.5 / 10 second. Affected 1 enemy get it HP set to 50 % of max + every 1 enemy affected on it too, it'll set the 1/2 of the first effect, etc. But in the duration, you can't attack or casting any spells. Magic Immunity is also affected Manacost: 100 / 200 / 300 Mana Cooldown: 30 Second Casting Range: 100 Range ( Melee ) On each orbs |
